4. WhatsApp Bookings

Our “Book now” buttons open WhatsApp with a pre-filled message to our number. Your message, phone number, and profile details are then handled by WhatsApp under its own terms and privacy policy. We use this information only to answer your request and manage your booking.

5. Form Security

Our contact and enquiry forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam and automated submissions. When you submit a form, Turnstile checks your browser and connection. This data goes to Cloudflare for verification only. Cloudflare’s privacy policy and terms apply to this processing.

6. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it only with:

• Service providers who help run our website, hosting, email, and analytics
• Cloudflare, Inc., which provides Turnstile, our bot protection on website forms. Cloudflare processes data under its own privacy policy: https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/
• Drivers, operators, or partners strictly needed to fulfil your booking
• Authorities, when required by UAE law or legal process

7. Cookies

We use cookies to make the site work, remember preferences, and understand traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some features may not work properly if cookies are disabled.

We also use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect our forms from spam and abuse. Turnstile may run checks in your browser and collect limited data (such as IP address and browser details) to tell humans from bots. We use this only for security, not for advertising.

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law. After that, we delete or anonymize it.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No online system is fully secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
